Sharjah 24, the first 3D-printed, fully-functional villa in the Middle East further fortifies the emirate’s position as a coveted destination for research and innovation in the world.

The 3D villa features cutting-edge building techniques and forward-thinking design style inspired by Emirati heritage and architecture. 100% of the Villa’s walls were 3D printed in just over two weeks and the entirely sustainable structure is powered by the latest bifacial solar panels. The CyBe technology used is one of the most innovative and reliable ways to build an integrated residential unit with the help of digital machinery.
