Fitout Architect
REQ-2026-15651• Minimum 5+ years GCC Experience handling ID projects of larger scale in various sectors like commercial, F&B, hospitality, residential and mixed used developments
• Experience working on and reviewing authority approval drawings, highly accurate technical shop drawings / working drawings, joinery drawings etc. through the entire life cycle of the ID Projects. In assistance with the drafting team should be able to generate the full set of shop drawings required for the assigned projects
• Strong technical knowledge to provide solutions and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the site construction work related to ID fit out
• Experience in supporting engineering process, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Architectural and MEP drawings. Knowledge in designing / preparing of RCP And VDP drawings to coordinate with the MEP Team.

3D Visualizer

•Develop precise 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and architectural components using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc. ensuring alignment with design drawings and specifications.
•Apply appropriate materials, textures, and lighting to achieve realistic, high-quality renderings that convey the intended atmosphere and visual character of each space.
•Produce high quality photorealistic visualizations using rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion, carefully considering factors such as light balance, material properties, and optimal camera perspectives to create impactful imagery.
•Stay current on new technologies, tools, and best practices in 3D visualization through continuous learning, training, and participation in industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
• Good working knowledge of 3d Max software
