Project Engineer – False Ceiling & Painting

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise false ceiling and painting works across multiple sites
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams
• Conduct inspections and ensure snag-free handovers
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and site documentation
Project Experience Required:
• Hotel fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Villa refurbishment projects
• New hotel fit-out developments
• F&B outlets and restaurant fit-outs
• Retail fit-out projects
• High-end office fit-outs
• Small to medium-scale villa construction projects
• Large-scale false ceiling & painting packages
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in false ceiling systems, decorative finishes, and painting works
• Proven interior fit-out and construction project experience
• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders
• Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills
• UAE driving license mandatory
Preferred:
• Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates
• UAE/GCC project experience
• Hospitality and premium commercial fit-out exposure

• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently
