Sourcing the finest green beans from the world’s best coffee regions, Encounter Coffee Roasters has evolved into one of the leading roasters and suppliers of specialty coffee in the UAE.

Decked entirely in the tones of neutrals and woods, the space designed by Mitchell & Eades and the fit-out is done by GCC Interiors brings out a bright and light atmosphere. The shades of white, green and grey pastels match the high-quality timber, tone and matte powdered coated steel for a ‘visually uncluttered look’.

Offering a wide-range of other retail products, the brand’s clean-cut aesthetic reminds that of a lifestyle of dreamy cozy weekends, lazy afternoons and good vibes in general.

The Byron Bathers Club, a new seafood focused, beach side landmark, is a contemporary, multi-hub destination on the Palm, Jumeirah which is designed by Mitchell and Eades and the fit-out is done by GCC Interiors.

At Parkhouse, GCC Interiors executed the complete furnishing and fit-out of three distinctly styled restaurants spanning across three levels: Splendour Fields, Hawkerboi and Frankie’s.

Each of these F&B spaces showcase signature décor elements that sets the mood and ambiance of the different themed dining experiences. Apart from these dining spaces, The Park also features an amazing playground zone, a providore area with fish monger, deli, butcher & bakery.

Splendour Fields has separate terrace and internal dining areas tastefully decorated in nature inspired colour tones of dark olives, and shades of green. The choice of textures, materials, lighting, signage and artwork comes together to create sophisticated interiors that offers a great mix of casual and formal dining.

HAWKERBOI has both terrace dining, internal dining as well as a terrace bar. Bold reds, teal, earthy browns dominate the interiors colour palette here. Both quirky and interesting pieces of signage and artworks are used across this dining space.

Frankie’s with a seating capacity of 65 follows an interior style of Jungalow meets chic. The little pops of colour, indoor plants, brunch themed décor pieces, striped flooring all adds to the cosy and fun ambiance of the restaurant.
